KANA Linear Tensioner TSBW Series
KANA Linear TensionerBy loosening the M10/M8 wedge nut and turning the movable screw (M8 hexagon), tighten the fixed wedge nut and adjust the tension by up to 75mm. (Please refer to P438 for the performance of wedge nuts) Moreover, by removing the sprocket and installing the pulley, it can be used as a tensioning device for belts other than roller chains. To improve transmission efficiency and ensure chain life, it is recommended to use a linear tensioner.
KANA Tensioner TMB Series
The stretching of the chain is one of the factors that reduce transmission efficiency. This will accelerate the wear rate of the chain and sprocket, shortening their service life.
The KANA tensioner comes with a standard idler and is an automatic tensioner with a built-in spring.

Characteristics of Tensioners
♦ Through the built-in spring, it can maintain a constant and appropriate tension, automatically adjusting the tension of the chain.
♦ The built-in spring adopts a structure that can adjust the pressure by pressing the screw, and can be used for pressure adjustment after fixation or during use.
Cannot be installed on the tensioning side of the chain. The situation is also the same for the chain fitting side of the forward and reverse rotation drive.

The KANA chain tensioner SB0~SB1 guide chain adopts a special resin<material "S">with higher wear resistance and durability than iron.
No maintenance required, it can automatically maintain the appropriate tension, improving the performance and lifespan of the chain drive.
The SB2 tensioner is used for high load transmission of NO.80 and NO.100 chains. It increases the surface pressure of the guide chain.
